  5. If one is to take its title literally, The Best of Alcatrazz is pretty much over after just one song: the group's sensational debut single "Island in the Sun." Beyond that, this collection of "highlights" from the band's schizophrenic career proves only that Graham Bonnet's post-Rainbow project never had a hope in Hell. Painfully forced stabs at pop-metal from the band's second album.
